INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Tablespoons of Moroccan Mint Tea

  • Large Bowl of Freshly Boiled Water

METHOD

  • Place loose leaf Moroccan mint tea in a large mixing bowl and pour over the freshly boiled water to the half way mark of the bowl.

  • Cover the tea mixture with a tea towel or face towel for 3-5 minutes. This allows the leaves to steep, for the tea to release all the beneficial oils, and for the water to cool down slightly.

  • Now for the best bit, sit with your head over the bowl and a towel over your head. Enjoy inhaling all of those lovely tea aromas. Ensure that you take enough breaks from the bowl as you need.

  • Enjoy for up to 10 minutes.
