Making Mothers Milk Tea Milkshakes at Home
INGREDIENTS (Serves 1 Large Glass)
2 Mothers milk tea bags (steeped in 1/2 cup of water and allowed to cool)
2 Tablespoons of oats - optional
Half a banana
Handful of strawberries
1/2 Cup of vanilla ice cream (cows, almond, oat etc…)
1 Cup of any milk of choice (cows, almond, oat etc…)
METHOD
To make the mothers milk tea, take 1-2 tea bags and allow to steep in 1/2 cup of freshly boiled water for about 5 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool.
To make the milkshake, place all the ingredients into a blender and combine until completely smooth.
Pour into your fav glass and enjoy :)
TIP: Add a handful of spinach for extra green goodness.
