Making Matcha Kale Chips at Home
INGREDIENTS
1 Large Bunch of Curly Kale
3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce (or Coconut Aminos)
3 Tablespoons of Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon of Matcha Green Tea
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon of Chili Powder (optional)
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180*C/350*F/Gas Mark 4
Thoroughly wash the kale, remove the stems and tear into bite sized pieces
In a bowl, mix together the coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil, matcha green tea, garlic powder and optional chili powder
Place the kale pieces in a large bowl and pour over the mixture and ensure that all the kale is coated with the mixture
Place on two baking sheets in a single layer and bake for 15-20 minutes.
After 7-10 minutes, turn the kale pieces over and continue to bake for a further 7-10 minutes
Remove from the oven and allow to cool down before enjoying :)
