Making a Green Tea Face and Body Mask at Home

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Tablespoons of Green Tea

  • 2 Tablespoons of Oats

  • 1 Teaspoon of Honey

  • 1 Teaspoon of Coconut Oil

METHOD

  • Firstly, brew the 2 tablespoons of green tea in 1 cup (8oz) of freshly boiled water and let steep and set aside to cool completely.

  • Keeping the leaves in the brewed tea, now add the oats and let soak for a few minutes more.

  • Add all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until a smooth paste is formed.

  • Apply the mask to your clean, dry face and/or body. Leave on for around 10-20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

  • For an all over body experience, double - triple - quadruple up on the recipe.
