4 Heaped Teaspoons of Black Tea
2 Cups (16fl oz) of Almond Milk (or Milk)
1/2 Cup of Mushrooms (2-3 Button Mushrooms)
2 Tablespoons of Cacao Powder
2 Tablespoons of Honey/Agave/Maple Syrup
METHOD
In a small saucepan add the milk of choice and bring to the boil.
