INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (8fl oz) of warm milk of choice

  • 1-2 teaspoons of honey/agave/maple syrup - to taste

  • 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha root powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger

  • Pinch of black pepper

METHOD

  1. Firstly, warm up your favourite type of milk. I like almond or oat milk.

  2. Add the sweetener, turmeric, ginger, ashwagandha and a pinch of pepper.

  3. Mix it all together with a milk frother or blender and pour into your favorite cup or mug.

  4. Sprinkle with a dusting of cinnamon (optional) and enjoy :)
