INGREDIENTS

  • 1-2 Teaspoons of Chamomile (or 1 Chamomile Tea Bag)

  • 1-3 Teaspoons of Honey/Agave/Sugar - Optional

  • 1 Shot (1-2fl oz) of Bourbon/Brandy/Scotch Whiskey

  • Slices of Citrus - to Serve

METHOD

  • If you are using a teapot, I would recommend warming your teapot first: Fill your pot with a little freshly boiled water and swirl it around for 30-60 seconds. Pour out the water and the continue to steep your tea.

  • Steep your tea in 1 cup (8fl oz) of freshly boiled water for 5-10 minutes. Remove the tea bag and stir in your sweetener of choice.

  • Pour a shot of dark rum, whisky or brandy into your mug.

  • Top up with the hot tea and add the slices of citrus fruits. Enjoy :)
